Babies are taught with a series of exercises that are progressive & fun. Each week is different, we teach with a building block approach, and we include sensory water exploration and learn-by-play to help support your babies' development. We add gentle submersions for strengthening only when they are ready & happy to do so.
One parent per child is required in the water for newborns, babies, and toddlers.
